You Get One Life, That's It
Did Paying Attention to my Nervous System F*ck It Up?
“Personal growth becomes so addictive once you realize it’s always possible to improve your experience of being”
being the most Kaila Lim I can possibly be. Everything in life is transitory.
I want to write on here more.
I sit on so many loose drafts. I must ship more remembering that everything I write is a reflection of my spirit in that moment. Here are some of my other strongly held beliefs.
Of course, hosting events for the startup community, dinners for my friends, and recording my life and the work I do at Antler is how I get to express.
My passion for public speaking remains steady. If you’re looking for a keynote speaker or moderator, feel free to ping me! I also make cute charcuterie boards for events in New York depending on availability.
My word for the rest of this year is whimsical.
I’ve taken a new interest in the littlest of details and appreciation for someone making something beautiful. Sometimes these items are also functional like a flower vase. Sometimes they’re just cute like a ceramic trinket.
I publish an ever-so-frequent newsletter (top right!) that shows how I am still figuring it all out. I haven’t sent it out in awhile but it’s on my mind.
Here we go.
“If you’re not a bit afraid of what you’re creating,
there’s a high chance someone else has already done it.”
